Enjoyable, up to expectations Positive: Location ,Location, location Negative: Very Tight parking

Good location but apartment is quite run down and needing upgrades/thorough clean which affected the comfort of the Positive: location was nice with a good view of lake Negative: Didn’t appear to be cleaned very well and there was dirty laundry from last guests. There was also a knocking noise outside bedroom window that kept us up all night which I had to get out and investigate, turned out to be the vent from the dryer opening and shutting, I put something in place to stop the knocking noise so we could get some sleep

Not recommended despite the convenient location Positive: Location is convenient. We can walk to the Queenstown center in just 5 minutes. Can see the beautiful view of the lake from the window. Negative: The parking space for apartment is very tight. There are columns located directly in front of the lot which made it difficult to park if your car is big. I had to climb to the drivers seat from the passenger seat as it was too close to the other car. The staff didn't do a good job on the information. We had to go back and front to the reception. For example she gave us a room that hadn't finished tidying up. She also didn't inform us that our parking was occupied by another person until we went to the reception and ask them. The drainage in the balcony is pretty bad we had to brush the water away ourselves. The facilities is pretty old. Our sofa is dented.

Excellent location, very roomy, great views, great value for price esp compared to other venues near Positive: View. Location. Bed. Hot water. Negative: A bit dated and in need of renos which seem to be being slowly worked on. Bit noisey neighbours at times
