For the amount of money paid the amenities were not accurately disclosed. Positive: Close to town. Negative: We’re were the staff? We saw them when we were checking out at 9am Monday (2 days after we had arrived). Toilet paper was low supply on a Saturday afternoon, the cleaners were due on Monday. The location was great but a lot of details were left out of the advertising. There was no parking and we had to bundle our own bedding upon leaving. Which we found out only after we arrived. The phone number listed didn’t connect to the reception and the emails were not answered in a timely manner. As we were on a data only plan we could not contact the reception in a foreign country. Luckily we had contacts to contact the reception on behalf of us. Which we then found out the times advertised were not accurate. There was advertising regarding a kettle in our private room which was incorrect and no communal glasses to drink out alcoholic beverages.
